Terms of Service

Lounge time is $8 / 30 min · $12 / hour · free with a $25 café purchase. In this version, you reserve online and pay at the café when you arrive. No payment is taken at booking. Reservations are held up to the start time; please arrive a few minutes early to check in.

Need to change or cancel? Reply to your confirmation email or call us and we'll free up your spot for someone else. We may cancel or adjust bookings if we must close for weather, holidays, or the well-being of the cats; we'll let you know as soon as we can.

All guests must agree to our lounge rules and sign the visitor waiver before entering Kittylandia. The rules exist to keep both guests and cats safe and comfortable; staff may ask anyone not following them to leave the lounge.

Our residents are living animals with their own personalities. While we work hard to keep visits gentle and safe, interacting with cats carries inherent risks (such as scratches). By visiting, you accept those ordinary risks on behalf of yourself and your party.

Everyone is welcome, and there is no minimum age to visit. For safety, any guest under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the lounge, with up to two under-12s per adult. This supervision rule is separate from how we count children when booking, where a child means a guest under 8 (up to 5 per visit, at full price).

To the fullest extent permitted by Vermont law, Purrmont Cat Café is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your visit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
